Lead a Course at LLAIC

Interested in teaching at LLAIC? Here's why! 
All courses are given on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays, presently using Zoom teleconferencing..There are two morning sessions, from 9:30 to 11:00, and from 11:30 to 1:00; the afternoon session is from 2:15 to 3:45 (none on Wednesday)

Course Proposals for Fall 2021
  • The LLAIC Curriculum Committee is now soliciting proposals for the Fall 2021 semester, which begins on Tuesday, September 14.   To obtain a copy of the proposal form see below.
  • The deadline for proposals is Friday, April 23, but we encourage early submissions. 
  • All Fall 2021 courses will be taught virtually using Zoom.
We hope that you will consider teaching a course this Fall and we will be happy to work with you on ideas for a proposal.   Courses can vary in length, but are most commonly 10-weeks or 5-weeks in length .  Each course meets once a week for 1.5 hours on Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday.

  • Download one of these files: scroll down, and then click on the down-arrow all the way on the right (you may need to scroll over to the right to see it).
  • Submit proposals as Microsoft Word attachments to your Curriculum liaison or to Lois Novotny, (lois@novotny.org), Co-Chair of the Curriculum Committee.

  • Click on the down-arrow at the far right of the file name (you may have to scroll over to see the arrow).
  • If you click on the filename instead then you'll see a screen with the form, Be sure to click on the down-arrow icon at the upper right (see image just below).   Do NOT select any of the "Open with" options.
