Course Schedule - Fall 2018
We urge you to read the course description carefully before choosing a course.
5-week Courses: Note that there are several 5-week courses given in the first and second half of the semester (designated by 5a and 5b, respectively, in the course code).
There are also 6, 7, or 8-week courses, all starting in the first half (designated by 6a, 7a and 8a in the course code).
Course codes contain the day and period as well as the course length information:
- 1Tue, 2Wed, 3Thu designate the day the course is given (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday);
- In the middle field, 1, 2 or 3 stands for the period in which the course is given on that day;
- In the rightmost field, 10, 8 7, 6 and 5 stand for the course length in weeks; 5a or 5b means that the 5-week course is given in the first or second half of the semester, respectively.
Courses that extend over 2 class periods (such as a film course), count as one course; the fee is only 50% more than for a single-period course (e.g., $135 for a two-period 10-week course).
